Excellent hospitality. Receptionist Ankita, Mr. Duggal and Litesh hi at bar will make your stay super comfortable and worthy. Location is mind blowing and services are awesome. Must plan your visit here. I visited here in 2019, their hospitality brought me back here again and I will make sure to come back here always whenever I arrive Manali.

Thank You Mrs Ritu Sharma We stayed at Snowflakes Resort from 4th to 6th of December 2024 and I must say it's a very good hotel. Let me give you few points as why staying at Snowflakes Resort and Spa is a great option. 1. Away from Mall Road Hustle Bustle. Location is great as most of the high profile hotels of Manali are in the same vicinity as Snowflake Resort. 2. Hotel staffs are courteous and are highly professional.3. Entire Hotel is clean and Hygienic. 4. Food quality and taste is great and let me tell you they have got a really fast service. 5.Breakfast is amazing and you can enjoy the beautiful Valley view from breakfast area. 6 Indoor games are an added advantage of staying in SNOW FLAKES RESORT & SPA and they have a got a garden which is also great. 7. You'll get so many view points to click pictures. and the list goes on... Have a great stay at Snowflakes Resort & Spa. Thank You

The best service any guest can ever get. The property is very beautiful ***** with service of each staff member ***** with the coordinator Ritu Sharma. Would definitely recommend for the next stay in order to get the best service with good experience.

Snowflakes has been an awesome property to stay. Everyone here is very welcoming. Special mention to : Ankita !! The food and the bar here is awesome !! You cant miss the jacuzzi !! We had an amazing experience enjoying the live music and the bonfire.

Snowflakes Resort Manali is a lovely and peaceful place to stay. The property is clean and well-maintained, offering a serene atmosphere. The food is exceptional, and the staff—whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant—are warm and welcoming.
