We stayed for 2 weeks in September our 11th stay. Tye hotel looks amazing following the refurbishment which has been done extremely well. When we walked into the buffet restaurant we did not recognise it. all the seating areas have been very tastefully done it's lovely to eat in there so pleased with the adult area. Antila and Dorgul give fantastic service and go above and beyond do.hope they are still there next year. The food has definitely improved with great choice to be fair food and choice was good before The food in the a la carte restaurants was great Sercan is fantastic making sure everything is how it should be a great credit to the hotel along with Oguz a lovely guy with great service he deserves a restaurant of his own to be in charge of The bar staff in all the bars are fantastic like to mention Ishmael and Aisha always knowing your drinks and having then ready without asking again a great credit to the hotel. We were very impressed by the new surroundings and menu in the Asian definitely worth paying extra. The grill and Turkish was also good and cannot wait to see next year the refurbishment for these 2 restaurants. Definitely cannot leave put the Italian again tastefully extended and decorated with great food and service. The Ocean for lunch and dinner is lovely with usually a lovely breeze off the sea and again great food whether you eat there for lunch or dinner Bedrooms have been totally updated and are very comfortable the cleaners do a fantastic job in all areas. We cannot wait until we return in May this time with our family. Launder

Отель чудесный, с превосходной кухней, особенно понравился ресторан Olive и в основном ресторане на завтрак брускетты, моя любовь, очень вкусно! Персонал отеля очень внимателен, нет выделения англичан, немцев, помогут с любым вопросом. Уборка номера отличная, единственный нюанс, кондиционер для волос жуткий, но может мне не подошел… Территория отеля очень ухожена, прекрасный вид на море. Отель прекрасен! Рекомендую! Это первый отель, в который хочется вернуться.

We have just returned from this absolutely stunning hotel . Although we chose to go late November due to my 60 birthday and our 37 wedding anniversary the hotel was very quiet but we still received the same facilities and service and attention to detail . The staff went out of their way to ensure every need was met . We met up with 2 other couples who we spent lovely dinners and great nights in the piano bar . The show team were amazing and still put on the same shows for us . The hotel musicians Mike and Vic were outstanding and we even had the pleasure of a night with Dolly Parton . She was also amazing . The food in the restaurants was stunning some of the best food we have ever had in All Inclusive . A big shout has to go to Sid ( guest relations ) He made our stay so special by organising cake and wine for our room he even managed to get the football match streamed to our room so my husband could watch his team play . This man deserves a medal . He was so friendly and welcoming and nothing I mean nothing was too much trouble . He was always available with a smile and a genuine interest in making sure every one was happy . But why would you not be happy staying in paradise ? We have been to a lot of hotels in our 37 years but this tops them all . We would like to thank everyone again the barmen were hilarious one even took to the stage to sing a Turkish song with Mike . The cleaners as the place was spotless and all of the restaurant staff who looked after us so well . Hopefully we will see you all soon in 2025 .

Otele girişimizden çıkış anına kadar tatilimizin en rahat şekilde gerçekleşmesi için her detay düşünülmüştü. Odaya girişimizde müsaitlikten dolayı oda yükseltme yapıldı. Odalar çok geniş ve modern şekilde tasarlanmış. Çiftler için kaldığım en iyi otellerden biriydi. Yetişkin ve aileler için kullanım alanları ayrılmıştı. Spa ve masaj alanında profesyonel çalışanlardan farklı masaj seçenekleri mevcuttu. Öneri olarak , minibardaki alkol çeşidinin arttırılması daha iyi bir hizmet sunacaktır. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.

Personel çok ilgiliydi, özellikle guest relations'daki Sid ve Okan Bey. Resepsiyonda da Işıl Hanım çok yardımcı oldu sağolsun. Otele giriş yaptığımdan çıkış yaptığım ana kadar sürekli ilgilendiler. Güzel bir deneyimdi. En yakın zamanda tekrar rezervasyon yaptıracağım.
