Local is great with access to city hall in few mins walk with all big shops near by, Piccadilly station in 3 mins away, I came with my two girls not feel unsafe in hotel, overall good experience staff are joyful & helpful.

It's close to Manchester Piccadilly Station and a tram station, so it's convenient to go anywhere.
There are also two convenience stores nearby.
It was also great that it was only about 20 minutes to Etihad Stadium.

The location is great but I can’t say the same for housekeeping. Cups weren’t washed and some areas in the room were found to be unclean when we moved in on first day.
Nevertheless, service by the staff was great. They were very helpful and polite.

The City Holiday Inn is in a great location, close to Piccadilly train station, about 8 minutes' walk, between Manchester and the city center, and very convenient for travel. The hotel facilities are new, the family suite is large, with two rooms, and a dining area, with heating, and an electric heating rack in the bathroom. You need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, and although the variety is not large, it is exquisite. Free mineral water and sparkling water are provided in the refrigerator, and two pieces of ki ki chocolate are given. A coffee machine and an electric kettle are provided.

Excellent location, 3 mins walk from train station at Piccadilly.
Gym is spacious and a good selection of equipment.
Buffet is good, but is expensive at £17.50, one of the most expensive at any hotel I have stayed at.
