3-Star Hotels in Manchester

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this hotel, the staff is extremely friendly, and the hotel looks very nice, clean and luxurious, the room looks good and is very neat and clean, But I feel like the furniture is starting to get old. The toilet was difficult to flush and the shower curtain fell down when we touched it

The hotel/bar & restaurant (Ibis & Jamboree) are my weekly watering hole! Lovely staff, lovely drinks and a fantastic atmosphere! If you’re staying in Manchester, make sure you get yourself here and ask for Preston, he’ll sort you out!

I have been staying in sacha hotel couple of times recently,it’s a really clean hotel,showers are super clean ,location is in the heart of the city pretty much everything is around you ,there is no need to go really far if you are a traveler like me and you don’t know the area very much you don’t need to worry because everything you really need is just walking distance,customer service is really average here, their answer is most of the time no and they keep saying sorry but No,very annoying,as a customer you should be always right because after all we are spending our money on the them and you are hoping they would understand,I,but that changed for me until I came across an absolute gentleman at the front desk his name is Mike ,please if you Visit this hotel look him up,his is a star,his customer service is skills are absolutely top notch,he is really fast you don’t need to stay to long at the front desk he does all the paperwork in quick seconds his polite professional he makes you feel welcome ,I can’t thank him enough,he made my stay worth ,he is an absolute star,thank you Mike for you professional customer service,

We had an amazing experience. We stayed over Christmas and the staff were so lovely, helpful and well versed with the local knowledge.

Our stay was pleasant, the room is very wide and cosy. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Apart, after check out we left the baggage in the order and when we returned to them they didn't look at the ticket number, if not they made us enter the room to ”take your baggage” Not to check if we really took our ... that obviously yes, but this does not give any security, because anyone can steal them.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! The lady in charge ( or who I believe to think is who in charge by the way she acts) has no customer service skills whatsoever! I could find better customer service skills in Piccadilly Wetherspoons!!! The way she speaks to customers is atrocious. The only nice people that work at this hotel are the two women on reception they need to sort their staff problems out before screaming at PAYING CUSTOMERS. They make you feel uncomfortable by watching you constantly. The garden bar staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing they’re clueless they don’t know how to take orders properly or what stock they have and wait 40 minutes before telling you they don’t have what you have ordered and don’t offer refunds. Also the cleanliness of the garden bar outside area is awful it’s covered are glass, dirt and cigarette buts. Half the facilities in the building don’t work, the temperatures in the shower aren’t regulated and the walls are paper thin. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone I would much rather stay in the Cecil than here! Pendulum sort your staff out!

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

Good location for a night out in Manchester. Close walking distance to Canal street. Normal Ibis standard. Friendly staff. Secured paid parking opposite the hotel. Good value for the money. Will stay again.

An absolute dump. I paid nearly £200, a booking 1 month in advance for a standard room with private bath or shower, window view, central heating etc. Arrived to be shoved into a micro room shared shower and toilet. No toilet roll. Window you can't see out of. Next to the shared bathroom toilet so coming and going all the time. I had to take it as I was going to be charged for it anyway.l and was told all other rooms are taken. We stayed at the Holiday Inn for one night to go to a show at the nearby arena and couldn’t fault it for our needs. There is no parking on site but reasonably priced parking a 2 minute walk away, plus the hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the arena and close to all the shops and bars of the northern quarter. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, we arrived an hour before check in but were given our room straight away. I’d requested a high floor and we were given a room on the top floor, which was clean and a decent size with a huge shower! The room was also quiet and breakfast was decent, with vegetarian sausages provided on request. For a short stay we couldn’t fault it for the price.
