The location is not close to Mardin old city but if you living at two single bed room can see the good view.

I made a reservation through trip.com and 5261 TL was debited from my account. At the same time, when I went to use my credit card, 4656 TL was debited again. Since I didn't notice the first one, I didn't say anything to the second one. However, when I realized there was a double take, I contacted the hotel and requested a refund. Even though I contacted them on 02.12.2022, there is still no money in my account yet.

It is located in a place called New City (new Mardin). You can drive to Old Mardin in 10 minutes. Cleanliness ***et is good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We didn't eat so I can't comment. I will add a photo of my room view. I forgot my curling iron at the hotel, they called me and they will deliver it immediately by courier. Mr. Mehmet, the housekeeping manager, was very attentive. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn family.

They should have informed us that the pool was closed. We checked out of the night.

It's perfectly fine by car. But driving to the city without a car would be inconvenient. The service from the hotel staff was very good!

There is no consistency between the hotel's brand and the service it provides. They even refused a simple change we requested for the second day of our 2-day reservation. They rejected the cancellation request for the second day. Customer satisfaction was not taken into consideration at all. The employees' attitudes are amateurish and unconscious. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are big and spacious, and the staff are very attentive. We are sure that the cleaning work has been completed and everything is spotless. They have very friendly staff and we are very satisfied
