Exquisite hotel and pool, set in beautiful grounds, just a walk or drive into Margaret River. Room was tastefully decorated, clean and well appointed. The hotel staff couldn't have been be more friendly and helpful which really added to our experience. We had a fantastic relaxing two nights stay, thank you.

Daniella and her team provide exceptional service and create that family feel. The rooms are stunning decked in true country style and so clean and new. The breakfasts are home cooked using local produce and truly delicious. The Manor is set on a serene property with lush green grounds -- just looking around makes you relax and unwind. Will definitely be returning for a week to unwind and see the rest of the Margaret river area. Thankyou.

Wonderful Stay in the Margaret River. This is a beautiful 5 star property set in a magical garden. The service was exceptional. When we asked if the outside hallway light could be turned down overnight the manager organised for the electrician to visit that day - problem fixed. They have a brand new washer and dryer on premises which I used - the lovely concierge on the front desk put my washing in the dryer while I was out visiting wineries. No request was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious- our omelettes were 2 of the best we’ve had in a long time. They offer free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and home cake every afternoon- it’s a great way to recover from too many wine tastings. Hopefully we will visit the Margaret river again and when we do we will be staying at Basildene manor.

If I could give it a 10 I would. Staff and facilities great Afternoon cake lovey. Beds very comfortable Fairly close to town and with plenty of walking tracks easy to get around. Wineries in the region all good and the Providore a must to visit Enjoy your visit.

Stay here! You won’t regret it! Beautiful old Manor house impeccably restored. Spectacular manicured gardens! Very professional friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast. This place takes you back to a simpler time of good old fashioned hospitality. Loved it.

A beautiful intimate setting in a wonderful location. Our week stay was amazing with great staff and a delicious cake & coffee afternoon available everyday. Just a short walk up the road we had a great dinner at Willow Grill well worth the visit.

We particularly enjoyed the homemade breakfast every morning. Our rooms were super comfortable, beds were divine to sleep on and the staff were absolutely friendly and wonderful to speak too . We loved learning about the history of the place .

A lovely historic property located in a fabulous garden setting,Basildene Manor is a short drive from the centre of town. As it’s situated on Wallcliffe Road, heading to the coast, it’s easy to find. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were very comfortable, although if you have mobility issues, maybe a ground floor room would be best as there are no elevators. A big thank you to Becky at reception,and Di, for their hospitality. The farewell package was a lovely surprise!
