The hotel gave me a room on the third floor. When I reached the third floor by elevator, I found the third floor Many rooms are being renovated, and workers come and go in a messy feeling. I thought maybe only a few rooms were being remodeled and didn’t care. When I continued to go to my own room, I found that there was still a section that was using a percussion drill to hit the ground. The sound was loud and dusty, and I immediately turned back to the front desk of the hotel to ask for another room. The quiet environment, the hotel hesitated and gave me a room on the fourth floor, but when I entered the room after arriving on the fourth floor, the sound of the impact drill was still loud , There was no way to rest comfortably, so I had no choice but to contact Ctrip's customer service. In the end, the customer service communicated with the hotel and changed me to a room on the fifth floor on the other side. It was very quiet and gave me an unexpected compensation voucher , Thanks to Ctrip's customer service!
