The service was terrible! The reception stuff was really indifference, and didn’t tell us when to check in, and just ask us to wait almost 30 mins there! After check in, we found all the cups were used by someone and didn’t clean at all. The fridge is locked, you can’t image this is the 5 stars hotel. Even we can find the breadcrumbs floating in the swimming pool! Sometime you can’t even open your room door with their so big heavy key! 12 years old children will be regarded as an adult, but they can’t use their indoor swimming pool, which is just for over 16 years adults. the porter in the hall would introduce 100 Dirham taxi to you, but in fact, it just worth less then 50 Dirham. The breakfast and table tennis is good, you can enjoy that. Thanks!

Nous avons réservé 2 day pass: le premier à 120€/pers, incluant accès aux piscines extérieures (une chauffée et l'autre non), la piscine intérieure (musique sous l'eau+ plusieurs jets massants) et toutes les cabines de soins (hammam, sauna, fontaine de glace...) avec le déjeuner (entrée+plat+dessert+cocktail de bienvenue), accès à l'espace de repos+ tisanerie (tisane, bouteille d'eau et fruits). C'est un superbe cadeau de vacances à s'offrir ou à offrir. Le palace est magnifique, le déjeuner est bon, copieux et beau. Merci encore à Moustik pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et son attention. Je vous recommande vivement le day pass à 1200 mad qui comprend un soin, gommage ou massage. La personne qui m'a fait le soins était super ! Très attentionnée et très efficace et gentille. Elle m'a en plus du gommage, lavé les cheveux et hydraté la peau. Merci beaucoup à elle et à toute l'équipe du Es Saadi qui a été très accueillante, agréable. Qualité du spa et service au petit soin. Si vous voulez vous offrir une petite parenthèse de luxe qui en vaut vraiment le coût, foncez !

Positively surprised about my stay in this hotel. Friendly welcome on arrival, it took a while for the room to be ready even though the check-in time had been reached. Spacious room, fully equipped. Room needs a light renovation, especially the bathroom. Swimming pool spacious with many beds around. Service around the pool very slow and not proactive. You have to find someone to order a drink even though there are enough employees. Extensive breakfast, friendly employees. Centrally located next to the ******. I would return.

Fantastic and fabulous
This is the best hotel in Marrakech! Everything from the start to finish was perfect. All the staff were great and attentive. The hotel itself is fabulous and very clean! I didn’t want to leave, it was just magical and in the perfect location.
