Come da titolo le 4 vanno al personale,specialmente la ragazza bionda che serve le colazioni e risistema le camere Per il resto nulla di che Buona la posizione (dato oggettivo) Consiglio altro anche in base all’esagerata proposta che offre Matera.

Rezeption Ottimo personale accogliente e gentile la signora Jolan
Camera straordinaria vicino Sassi,a due passi nel centro della città. Super centrale e comunque molto tranquillo.
Tutto nuovo e di altissima qualità.
Buona colazione. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
Garage nelle vicinanze a 10€ al giorno"
Vale la pena di visitare il posto Matera dei Sassi 👍🇮🇹

Great stay, clean, close to everything. Nice room but no windows because they are in a grotta in the old town. Be aware you need to walk from the lobby to the rooms and there are stairs to get there (don’t bring heavy luggage)

Ho soggiornato per due notti con amici in questo hotel. Note di merito l'ubicazione fantastica, nelle immediate vicinanze delle attrative piu' interessanti di Matera e la grande gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Colazione senza particolari punti interessanti. Nota estremamente dolente quella dei servizi privi di qualsiasi comodità. Nella mia stanza erano piccolissimi rendendone molto laborioso l'uso, in quella dei miei amici non solo mancava il bidet ma la vasca da bagno presentava un muretto laterale che ne rendeva difficoltoso e pericoloso l'uso. Peccato perche tutto questo rende il giudizio finale non molto positivo.

Location perfetta, camera in grotta, molto suggestiva e particolare. Servizio di check-in scadente come pure la colazione. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 15 minuti per avere la nostra camera. La receptionist era sola e accompagnava lei stessa gli ospiti alle camere anche alla dépendance che si trova nel centro storico (almeno 100 metri). Per la colazione non viene rispettato l'orario indicato (solo un addetta). Brioche scongelate, pane duro, dolci già tagliati e avanzati dal giorno prima (1 sola fetta di crostata), succhi di frutta in brick e di qualità scadente, biscotti del Mulino Bianco!!!! Un albergo 4 stelle non può rifornirsi in una pasticceria????? Orario colazione 8,00-10,00. Alle 8,10 ancora non era servita!!!!! Non tollero tutto questo in un albergo 4 stelle!!!!!!

Without window the rooms are not nice however its fine. Rest we enjoyed our stay in Matera.
Rooms are in different pathway where you have to go down using stairs. If you are old then it might be an big issue but location is center and you don’t have to take an bus to go further.

Albergo nella media camera rumorosa, colazione da super mercato non certo da 4stelle ,la location è bella situato al centro, vicino a locali e posti da visitare Consiglio di riporre le coperte dentro buste che le proteggono dalla polvere perché buttate sud una mensola neanche piegate con cura non è da 4 stelle
