Great location next to Alpico bus station and only 5 mins walk from JR station! Staffs are really nice with amazing service mind.
The room is nice and clean! Had a good experience staying there and would like to recommend it for anyone visiting Matsumoto!

I stayed here again for 2 nights after returning from Kamikochi. The overall service was as cost-effective as mentioned before. It’s just that my room price this time was a little too expensive. The main reason was that I was too late to make a decision and missed the early bird discount. When it was time to book a room, it turned out that there were three consecutive holidays in Japan. Service is good. The room condition is way too old due to its actual age. Is like staying back to 80s era. Also, a mid size spider is found on curtain.

I accidentally booked a smoking room. I couldn't stay in a smoking room because I was pregnant. I communicated with the hotel staff and they were very helpful in moving me to a non-smoking room. I am very grateful for their professionalism and service. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time. .
