Location - Location - Location this hotel is extremely conveniently located to haram. We have previously stayed at Movien Pick and other five star hotels and in my opinion getting to Haram from this hotel is much more swift then those. I have stayed in Ramadan and Sahoor and Iftar arrangements are very nice. A tip leave 30 minutes after magrib and you will get ample place otherwise space could be a bit tighter. Also there are ample food offerings so my advice don’t pay in advance and choose what you would like to do. . . Staff is courteous and polite. My only constructive point reception staff didn’t know the difference between Double and Twin room. And ended up in double room despite being solo occupant of the room. But in the grand scheme of things minor point and therefore full 5 star to the hotel.

I booked this hotel whilst in Medina due to the one Initially booked being absolutely rubbish, I walked in and was met by Mr.Manwar who was amazing and very calm, I told him about my situation and he very quickly helped me out with 3 rooms, Mr.Mnwar also showed me the rooms before I booked to ensure it met our expectations. The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious, we had 2 quads and a double, the bathrooms were good and spacious. AC was working a treat and very quiet, lucky our view from the room was partial haram which was beautiful, literally opposite the haram which was about a 1minute walk. Breakfast was great, clean and loads of seating and options to choose from, the staff were very polite and helpful. Mr.Akber who was the service manager was amazing, he arranged for 2 bellboys to go to our initial hotel and pick up our luggage and bring it to Al-Rowda Royal inn which was very much appreciated. All-in-all – a wonderful and pleasant stay, very much worth it and inshallah if I visit Medina again, I will be staying here., I would very much recommend this hotel. Thank you to the whole team at Al-Rowda Royal Inn.

These guys had no power no AC no hot water and no internet, dirty room I was literally late to all my appointments due to no maintenance staff on property. I am definitely going to dispute this transaction I called ********** no one answered so I am pursuing my credit card
