The facilities are complete, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, which is especially suitable for family outings. There is construction going on downstairs, so it is noisy when the windows are open, but you can't hear it at all when the windows are closed. The sound insulation is very good. The hotel is conveniently located, right in the CBD, next to RMIT University, and you can walk to the library.
We landed early and wanted to check in early. The staff arranged for us to upgrade the room for free. The service was very good. There was a swimming pool, a billiards room, and a fitness room. The whole apartment feels like many students live there.
