Very nice hotel, free parking and breakfast, free shuttle to the airport.

I stayed here the night before a procedure at the VA. The staff was friendly and it was clean and quiet. The location is a little odd.

The hotel is very clean, the shuttle runs every half an hour, and it is very quiet at night, and you can't hear the sound of airplanes.

The environment and rooms are both good👍

整體感覺還不錯，位置離機場很近，感覺周邊區域比較安全，自己租車去的，但是酒店應該有接駁車，邊上吃的很少，但是酒店裡的吃的也還好。

Everyone was very nice and welcoming the parking lot was gated it was very quiet and clean. Thank you for the wonderful staff.

Amazing staff, close to the airport. Shout out to Antonio and Velma at the front desk. Also, the shuttle drivers! All so pleasant and personable. Incredibly comfortable bed, nice room!! I highly recommend this property for a stay in Memphis!

This hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you find yourself in a room with a joining door to the next room, turn around and try to get a different room. The door is paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room including conversations, tv, and children. We also smelled cigarette smoke seeping in from the other room. This would have been a perfect stay if not for the joining door that caused us to get only a few hours of sleep.

We arrived late & was pleased that they sent the airport shuttle immediately. Curtis, the driver, was wonderful. The desk service was good. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet industrial area but our car were safe behind a locked gate. My only complaint was that they tried to charge me for internet service. Overall it was a bery nice experience.

The hotel is not in a great part of town but that can't be helped. It is very close to the airport, which is very convenient. There are security gates to get into the parking lot so that made me feel much more secure. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable. and the shower had good water pressure. Really my only problem was the food. There's a made-to-order food cafe in the lobby that was supposed to be open from 7-9am for breakfast. The worker didn't show up that day so no food for anyone. It just made it inconvenient since we then had to try to locate a place for breakfast on short notice, and McDonalds was just about it.

Room was spacious. Staff was nice and attentive. Not a lot of walkable dining options except a OK Subway across the street which was closed.
