酒店的服務水平有待提高，比如提供接機接站服務這個很好啊，但是能不能提前一天聯繫一下客人定好接站時間呢？如果實在忙不過來，也最好能保障酒店電話能隨時接通啊？搞的我們高鐵到站了才聯繫上酒店等了二十分鐘司機才到！司機師傅倒是很不錯！
到了酒店給升級了房間到二樓可以看到河景，其實冬季的河景水少景色也欠佳，如果期待河景，估計豐水期更適合吧！
最讓我不滿意的是酒店整個都在施工啊啊啊啊啊！我一個睡不好覺就神經性頭疼的人，簡直崩潰啊，一大早被施工的噪音吵醒真的好崩潰！入住的時候能告知的話會不會更好呢？我可以有其他選擇啊！雖然退房的時候送了茶葉，減免了一半房費，但是與其事後補救就不能提前告知嗎？頭疼真的很疼很很崩潰的好嗎？
最後要説的就是酒店位置比較偏，不自駕的話慎選，出一趟門至少車費50單程！

服務很贊，雖然旁邊在裝修，但是其實不影響休息，工作人員很熱情，有免費的接站服務，還給我們送了小禮物。下次帶娃來不錯呢

國慶期間帶媽媽過來的，主要為了趕擺場過來的，從西雙版納市過來如果不是自駕還是會有些不太方便。但是整體體驗很棒，酒店在寨子旁邊，可以附近參觀寨子人很少，感覺很愜意，晚上天黑之後周圍很黑，女孩子不太敢出門了，如果有路燈什麼的會好一些。酒店附近有漂流和水上飛躍等項目，好玩，下次有機會還會來的！

服務挺好的，可以預訂正餐，送到房間。工作人員態度和善，響應度高。早餐品種雖然不算多，但是味道不錯。周圍環境優美、可惜最近酒店在擴建 多少有點減分，漂流很好玩 就是太累了，劃得手痠。比較適合體力充沛的小年輕。總體來説滿意！強烈推薦大家訂河景房、躺在床上看窗外的美景真的令人心悦。

河景房露台環境好，房間乾淨，廚房阿姨很好，衹要她們還沒下班，你晚上到了都能接待。如果提前廚房餐食預訂，菜品就會有更多選擇。

酒店無論外觀還是房間都很不錯。可以看到南臘河的風景，雖然這裏周圍還在擴建，但總體不太影響體驗感。服務也很周到。
非常推薦來這裏週六趕擺，真的真的很好吃！版納最精華的傣味能在這次趕擺一網打盡的程度。不過酒店早飯也是不差的，可以坐在南臘河邊上米線很開心。
無論是村子裏閑逛一下還是體驗南臘河漂流都非常不錯，適合呆一個週末住個兩天，周邊還有火龍果田夜晚燈光超級漂亮哦！
唯一的不足是洗衣房離房間有點遠設施也不是很新，最主要缺少烘乾機。其他真的無可挑剔啦～
