BreakFree Diamond Beach

Every holiday at Gold Coast we book at this resort! Loved the place over tye years, but it's going backwards a bit. The amenities are still great and neat, but the units are getting old, dirty and aren't very well looked after. We enjoyed our stay, but come on management..... we pay hefty $$$ per night, please start looking after the units. We had to do a proper clean when we arrived as it was terribly dirty and mouldy!!

Great location and great staff. Our unit was away from the pools and so so quiet. Loved it!! Everything we needed for our holiday. Loved being close to the oasis shopping centre and so so close to the beach too. One block from the Broadbeach South tram stop so very easy to travel north or south on the coast.

The 3 bedroom apartment was good clean and very spacious. The full sized kitchen was well equipped. Had 2 bathrooms. well suited to our large family and was very close to everything at a decent price. Parked was directly under the apartment so access was easy. Good sized fridge and a laundry inside the apartment with both washer and dryer.

Don’t be fooled by the photos… this place is next level awful. Booked well ahead for a family getaway as has stayed there many years before. Paid for a 3 bedroom deluxe apartment which supposedly had been FULLY REFURBISHED. What a disaster, mouldy, dirty, un-refurbished craphole. Arrived & immediately asked for a refund which was duly declined. I stood my ground and offered to stay in reception as it was at least clean (ish) with randoms coming and going heading towards the pool. After some tense discussion with the receptionist guy who didn’t seem too interested I managed to get hold of Accor call centre who at least were a little understanding and finally agreed to refund less a booking fee, should have paid us in my opinion for misleading advertising. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Very clean close to cafes, pubs, restaurants, Pacific Fair and The Gold Gold Convention Centre. Down side was the bed massage has had to many body's on it over it life and sags badly in the middle. Latch on bath room door needs replacing.

We stayed here as a family and were quite disappointed with it. The place was not cleaned properly (I found an orange peel in the couch) and things were broken (the bathroom tap was loose). The beds were terrible, they were uncomfortable and they had wheels that moved every time I moved, making it hard to sleep properly. The only positive thing about this place was the location, as it was close to the city.

Good location. Disappointing no cleaning products or beach towels. All these things were extra costs.

My little family enjoyed our stay at this resort! The pools and spas are great and loved how local it is to mall and beach. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great location to mall and easy drive to the theme parks. Facilities were a bit run down but had everything we needed for a week away from home. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms, functional kitchen and laundry. Used the pools multiple times a day. Kids had a great time
