El check in fue terrible, no hay una recepción, es un pequeño espacio habilitado en donde hay un trabajador en una pequeña oficina, tras un cristal oscuro, que te hace el registro de mala gana y pésima actitud. Haces fila como si estuvieras en el banco y ya rdamos una hora en poder hacer el check in. Registran tus huellas digitales para darte acceso, lo que me parece que violenta la privacidad de la identidad biométrica de las personas.
Al querer tomar una ducha, resulta que en la regadera hay un mono-mando que al abrirlo solo sale agua ardiendo, literal, para preparar una Infusión y no hay manera de regular la temperatura, es imposible bañarse, puedes sufrir quemaduras graves!!! Y no hubo solución ni ayuda al respecto.
De 11p.m. a 9a.m. no hay personal que atienda ninguna situación, ni siquiera encontramos a un velador.
El lugar es una pensión, rentan cuartos por día, semana o mes…no es un hotel como tal.
Se escucha demasiado ruido pues está ubicado junto a la vialidad que es la salida a la autopista de Cuernavaca.
Durante la noche, si a algún huésped se le ocurre estar en los pasillos para calentar algo en el microondas (que está afuera, en las áreas comunes, al servicio de los huéspedes), tomar café o simplemente platicar, se escucha todo como si estuvieran en la puerta de tu habitación.
No hay estacionamiento, ni hay una opción cercana.
Sábanas y toallas muy viejas y desgastadas.
Lo único positivo es que las habitaciones están muy limpias.

El hotel sobrecumplió mis espectativas. Muy limpia las habitaciones y las áreas comúnes en general.
Cerca del Instituto de cardiología, lo cual era mi objetivo.
Barrio tranquilo, al menos en mi experiencia!

Very modern, clean, comfortable and safe space. The only downside is that there are no grocery stores nearby. We liked it a lot.
