From check in, we never got a code for the room from ******* so they werent letting us in even though i showed them every receipt confirming it was me. I didnt like how there wasnt a/c available. We asked to get our room cleaned & didnt.

Amazing property. It had all the amenities you need and it was all clean and cozy. I would definitely book another stay with y’all when I’m back to CDMX.

Everything is relatively new in the building, the security person is very friendly, the services are good and there are many restaurants within walking distance.
The only comment I could leave is that the shower floor is extremely slippery and has no grip, which is dangerous.
