Hotel boutique excelente, buen servicio y chicas muy amables. Todo muy limpio, organizado y la decoración espectacular. Desayunos muy ricos, habitaciones buenas y con comodidades. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar seguro y de fácil acceso al centro. Excelente!!

Casa Altata offers an exceptional experience from the moment you step inside. The welcoming staff immediately make you feel at home, exuding a sense of quiet luxury. The in-house café is a culinary delight, featuring a diverse menu and excellent coffee. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and, in our case, a charming small balcony that added to the overall experience. The hotel also provides complimentary water in glass containers, a nice touch. Located in the heart of the Condesa Hipódromo area, the hotel's prime location was a major factor in our choice. I highly recommend Casa Altata and look forward to returning!

As you enter, it feels like you have walked into Dwell magazine. The staff is young, vibrant and passionate. We got a suite that was very comfortable and well designed. In the morning we had a great breakfast that included yogurt with fruit and granola , coffee, plus a choice of eggs or pancakes from the menu which was delicious. My only complaint is lack of air conditioning which could be a problem on hot days. Also there are no elevators. I was also pleased that hotel offered to make reservations for sightseeing and dining prior to arrival and were excellent in responding to emails and requests.

My experience at the hotel was very pleasant. The food was good, the ambience was exceptional, the bed was very comfortable. They clean my room twice a day. I felt very safe, a great location, no items were missing from my Belongings. The next time I am in Mexico City, this is my go to location. Also, Felipe and Alicia We’re very helpful, flexible, and accommodating, a family vibe.

We loved our stay at Casa Altata! The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the layout of the floors worked well for our group (my boyfriend and me in one room, my parents in another, and a large common area between them). The staff is fantastic - they went above and beyond to look out for us, from live music recommendations to arranging day trips. Thank you, Luis and Alicia! Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for an adventure, Mexico City surprised me as one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the world! This amazing destination has endless things to see and do with the cutest neighborhoods and boutique hotels like this one! I’m so glad I chose Casa Altata for many reasons… The location worked perfect for us - it’s close to everything yet tucked away from the noise on a peaceful street with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful offering tips on places to go and at our service with a smile whenever we needed. The room stayed clean, the food was tasty, WiFi was great and common areas with a desk on each floor are perfect for lounging and working. I felt safe and comfortable which is very important to me. This is a gem; simple, cozy and elegant!
