New building. Perhaps some of the newly developed apartments were not sold and converted into ABB style hotels. The disadvantage is that there are no services. The advantage is that it has a large area, a large refrigerator, a kitchen stove, a washing machine, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is relatively spacious. The location is very close to the old city center, not far from the main bus and subway, and MetroBUS is right outside, which is very convenient. Was worried due to reviews but found the apt was very clean. Well stocked. Bed was comfortable after lo g day of walking. Appreciated coffee. Front lobby people were extremely nice, they showed us around when we arrived. Greeted us every time we came in. The window are large with great view of street and have double sliding blinds so not see through as someone said. Great roof top terrace as well, beautiful.
