Spacious and comfortable room right in the heart of Condesa. Friendly front desk people that allowed me to store my bag many hours before my checkin, which was much appreciated. Bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were clean and in good condition. A nice budget option for anyone looking to stay in Condesa.

Excellent location, hot water every day, many pillows, warm duvets, with kitchen, dining room and refrigerator. We had a problem with the bed and the pungent smell of the chemical they use to clean. With the bed, you barely sat down and it made a lot of noise, and after the trip of more than 15 hours the only thing we wanted was to sleep well and with that noise it was not possible. Of course, the people at reception supported us in moving to a different bed, but it was smaller than the one we had paid for and the smell of the chemical they use to clean was stronger. So, we opted to stay in the initial room. We just wanted to sleep.
The hotel security man was the best thing about our stay, he supported us at all times and was super friendly.
