Decent hotel. Big room. Nice view. Friendly staff. Small gym.

The hotel located too far from downtown Mexico City, services was very disappointing, front desk doesn’t speak very good English, the only person spoke really good English is bell boy Juan. One good thing is the hotel is very close to a shopping mall.

The rooms along the main street were very hot, and the central air conditioner had poor cooling effect and was extremely noisy. After staying there for a day, I had to move to a room on the other side to get a good night's sleep. Others are OK

Very old hotel, it looks like they don’t check the rooms properly before giving them to the customers, sink was clogged, doesn’t have heater, every time that somebody flush the toilet the lines makes a lot of noise, blanket was dirty or had stains, closet was dirty, I cleaned it with a wipe before putting my clothes and came very dirty, very basic amount of towels with only shampoo and conditioner. At the end of the day you get what you pay!  Food was good at the restaurant, If you have a car, parking is free, free WiFi as well.

It is a comfortable and quiet hotel, and it can be improved since from my experience the restaurant is a little misused, both in menu and in visual matter. The rooms are normal only that beds feel a little cheap, to say it in some way, like the climate system. The meeting rooms are uncomfortable and the distribution that make tables and chairs seemed to be only for view and not used as they put everything up to the chairs that can not be moved between. The hotel is very good, but the price is better.   

This hotel meets expectations, the rooms are large, the staff is attentive and service, if restaurant offers quality products above the average, its location is very good, The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city.
