商務出行不推薦這家酒店 原因如下:
1. 酒店管理很差: 由於航班問題，我們早上到達。跟酒店協商，説是我們可以11點鐘去嘗試看是否有房入住，我分別在11點、12點以及下午1點分別去詢問，但是都不能入住，衹能等到下午3點。下午3點入住進入房間後，發現床單很臟 座椅上很多塵土 保險櫃是壞的…… 經過很長時間的協商之後，才幫我們調整到另外一個房間。但是中間的態度卻非常的差，只是一直説他們在看有沒有房，一個正規的酒店，怎麼會不知道自己有房和沒房呢？？
2.服務差: 在每天的房間打掃完之後還會突然有人來敲門詢問是否房間已經打掃。如果人不在房間內的話，這個詢問的人會直接用卡打開房門，非常粗魯。
3.前台工作人員服務也並不熱情，只有一個人會説英語，其他人説西語。

La habitación carecía de condiciones de aseo general, las cortinas y blackouts se encontraban deteriorados y caídos. La acumulación de polvo era excesiva, al en vender el aire acondicionado el polvo se levantaba por la habitación. Las sabanas el primer día tenían manchas. El piso de la ducha tiene principios de hongos. Lamentable el aseo de la habitación, no parecía una cadena de hoteles respetable sino por el contrario una habitación de motel de carretera

Terrible lugar y atención pésima, solicite un cobertor, llame 6 veces y me decían que me lo subirían y tuve que bajar yo por el, recepcionista grosera, nada resolutiva, No les recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel, ademas la sábanas sucias con humedad

Agradable estancia.
Las instalaciones del hotel son sencillas pero cómodas. Personal atento. Recomiendo el bufete de desayuno (niños no pagan pero paquete limitado).
La ubicación inmejorable, plazas muy cerca y restaurantes-bares.
No olvides llevar TAG para peaje dentro de CDMX, para llegar “rápidamente” a Santa Fé.

Bien pero arreglen sus elevadores
Todo muy bien solo la conexión con el estacionamiento es rara pues hay varios elevadores y unons son de servicio pero igual podrían llevar al estacionamiento, solo que no funcionan del todo bien. Para las habitaciones solo funcionaba 1 elevador lo cual retrasaba un poco y sentí que no había mucha gente
