空調都沒有，就一床很單薄的毯子半夜都凍醒，網上全款按金到店要另外付錢，付錢後網上按金也不退，我先付3分之一的比索後面給刀匯率差70多刀，沒有換吧比索都給他了，第二天真住不了就要求退房了，他説不能退錢我説好，誰知道網上按金也不能退，我衹能找平台了這都快一個星期了都沒有退給我
