The hotel is not what I expected, because the property is in poor condition, it is very old, the room is very small and has a very bad smell, it does not have any ventilation, it has a large window but it is sealed and cannot be opened, the The beds are too uncomfortable because the mattress is in poor condition, and they also never specify that the hotel does not have its own pool and restaurant and the hotel on one side is the one that provides the service, it is uncomfortable because you have to enter the other hotel to get the service, to bad luck I had to see a giant rat in the restaurant, and the reception service is terrible because when a lady who is on the afternoon shift arrived, she acted super apathetic, it seemed like they had to force her there. I think that for what I paid I would have gotten better service and a better property, I will definitely not return, do not ruin your vacation by going to that hotel.
