The room was old and had no service; breakfast was offered when booking but not at all! ! The environmental sanitation is extremely poor. There are only one towel for one person in the bathroom. We are looking for an American-style hotel with a kitchen, so the fact that it claims to include breakfast has no impact. Hot water, tea, coffee, oatmeal and chocolate drinks are provided in the small corner at the front desk from 6 to 9 in the morning, nothing more. We brought our own Moka pot, disposable tableware for seasoning, and purchased ingredients from a nearby supermarket. The hotel also provided a set of non-stick pots, plates, knives and forks, which was enough.
Free parking is a must, the front desk staff is friendly, we didn't arrive until 11pm.
It takes 12 minutes to drive to Little Havana, 40 minutes to Miami Beach, one hour to Everglades Park, and 4 hours to Keywest. I think everything is quite reasonable.

The service is exemplary and it's a lie that they give breakfast they don't have to lie to people 😡😡😡and they will charge me I don't know where I can ask for my refund the hotel didn't want to take charge because it doesn't work with them I need a number to claim my money they are almost $300 dollars that are being stolen from me
