I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Hotel. Mainly the service was outstanding and guest experience manager Shiama was the highlight of my stay, making sure I was doing well and taken care off throughout. I noticed how friendly and personally involved the complete staff was, knowing names of the guests and making sure to have all important details on them, such as received post in my case and when I was leaving. I would love to come back again!

Apart from the noisy construction work right at the front door, there is nobody to assist with arrival, luggage, and no concierge either. Only ever one person on the front desk and not very happy either! A taxi will drop you on the road out front and then it’s up to you. Booked a Junior Suite for over €300 and it just was not up to standard. Lousy plumbing (not new to old Italian buildings), noisy, dull with lots of confusing light switches, air-con that sounds like a jumbo jet, and no tissues in bathrooms. So does that sound 5 Star? This hotel must have had some prestige back in the day but it would struggle to make a 3 Star ranking today. Location is not good either. Surrounded by graffiti and dirty looking buildings. A decent walk to Duomo, allow at least 15 minutes and very difficult to access Milano Central Station: at least 30 minutes and €30 in a taxi as the traffic is terrible with all the roadworks. Check out some more up to date pics! And stay elsewhere.

A wonderful 5 star hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was unpretentious and wonderful. The device is top notch. Every member of the staff is unbelievably helpful. Gabrielle who manages the front desk in the late afternoon/ evening was particularly helpful. The rooms are great as are the bathrooms. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Milan that not overly done with fashionistas this is the place.

The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.

Great location — close but just far enough from the Duomo and relevant subway stops to make getting around Milan easy and quick. The staff was so friendly and helpful and clearly had our safety in mind. The room was right below the lively rooftop bar with a great view of the city. The room itself was small but perfect for me, my husband, and young adult son. The rooftop bar was fun and felt so glamorous, too! Their menu was on also topnotch, a great place to enjoy aperitivo and enjoy the nightfall sky. You could hear the slight thump of music from our rooms, but that didn’t bother us at all. The gentleman at the front desk was also so kind and helpful with all our questions from money exchange to metro stops to restaurant recommendations and even fashion advice!

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

Then I do n’t know how to get hot water. The overall decoration looks good, and the bed sleeps comfortably. Very suitable for two people, family friends to play and live. I just need to sort out the garbage by myself, I wo n’t, their staff helped me get it √

A cleaning lady entered our room without knocking once and we did hear travellers in the reception complaining about not being able to sleep because there was no AC. We stayed here for two nights. Location is near some bus stops and tram stations, but beyond walking distance to subway stations (unless you do not have luggage). Along the street it is not obvious to recognize the entrance, as it is just a regular apartment. Thr instruction sheet could include some photos for easier access. Key collection can be done at central train station, covenient. service office is not that far, but you need to call in advance to know the location. when we got there, the room was not cleaned! we contacted the office and waited a few hours until someone came to clean it. the company refunded the cleaning fee as compensate. the rooms are spacious for a family. overall it could be a good choice for a longer stay (weeks). for a short stay like we had, a hotel is easier.
