Very good location, very near to metro & trams, and many restaurants and shops. Free drinks n snacks at lobby is a sweet surprise for us especially we arrived the hotel in hot summer afternoon. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Strong recommended.

The hotel's health, service and facilities are very complete. Bottled water, drinks and many snacks are provided for free. We are very satisfied. The only drawback is that it is far away from Milan Central Station and Milan Cathedral, which takes 25 minutes to walk. Or so. In addition, when we arrived at the hotel, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the first floor before taking the elevator up.

Hygiene: Daily cleaning only makes the bed + empties the trash can, the indoor garbage is not thrown away, and things are not organized. 2. Dining: Although there is a buffet bar for three meals, it is basically sweet snacks. The fruit is not fresh, the food tastes bad, and the hygiene is not ideal. I stayed in mid-June. There are insects flying around at any time, landing on celery and fruit. The food served at 7 or 8 in the morning was put on the plate at noon, and the food served at noon was put on the plate in the afternoon. There was no heat preservation and freshness preservation measures. In the afternoon, the fruit slices were rotten and I really couldn't eat them. The cups and tableware at the buffet are always dirty. 3. The basic room type is very small. After opening a 28-30-inch box, you can only walk sideways in the aisle. The shower room is very narrow. As mentioned in other reviews, it is not easy to turn around in the shower room. Good points: 1. Unlimited drinks, sparkling water, lemon drinks, and fruit juice drinks are available. 2. Good location, 15-minute walk to Duomo (Cathedral), 3-minute walk downstairs to the tram station and subway station. 3. The hotel is safe, with access control at the entrance of the ground floor building.
