I only had air conditioning on one night of my five-night stay, and the room temperature was only 16 degrees. When I complained to the front desk, I was told to find someone to repair it tomorrow. It was so bad. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again!

Tutto molto imbarazzante. Non basta un arredamento di gusto per definire una struttura ricettiva un 5 stelle. Il proprietario fa festa fino a tardi senza curarsi minimamente degli ospiti paganti che desiderano dormire. Continuate a fare I figli di papà che è meglio, il lavoro non è cosa vostra.

Location bella, ma purtroppo cibo non di qualità e non rapportabile al prezzo. La prima volta in cui sono stata in questo ristorante/hotel e’ stata un anno fa e il cibo era nettamente diverso da quello proposto oggi. Non ritornerò sicuramente.

The Hotel VMaison is lovely and well located.
We spent two nights and wished we could stay longer. The hotel is very pretty and comfortable. Our room was comfortable. My husband wished for a bit more square feet but I loved it. We ate dinner our first night in the restaurant and had an amazing truffle pizza plus other yummy things. The people at the front desk were helpful and very nice. I loved the decor.

Great little hotel at a good location. Nice breakfast. Hotel itself is good, but the service is so so. You should never promise more than you can keep.

Heating not working in winter
The heating in the room was not working. The room being on ground floor and being in January, during cold weather, it triggered my migraine and I wasn’t feeling well. Eventually I was moved to a different room but it was fairly late, around 7pm and after I requested it.
The room I was moved to had no curtains in the bathroom which was overseeing the garden /main entrance, which made it stressful when using the toilets, risking to be seen from outside.
The hotel waved the city tax, which is less than €5, so not much given it’s a 5 star hotel with high room rates…
The breakfast was very average, pastries were dry and not many options on the buffet.
