Charming Hotel in Turin: A Few Hiccups
During our five-day stay at a captivating hotel in Turin, we encountered both positive and negative aspects. Regrettably, the most concerning issue was the lack of room cleaning on the last two days. This oversight left us disappointed, as we expected consistent housekeeping services for a comfortable stay.
On a brighter note, the hotel's interior space was fascinating, thoughtfully arranged with unique decor, creating an inviting ambiance. The refreshing saltwater pool added to the experience, perfect for unwinding after exploring Turin's attractions.
Our room was picturesque and beautiful, providing sufficient space for our family of four. The hotel's location, within a 20-minute drive from Turin's center, was convenient for sightseeing.
However, there were some hiccups. Upon arrival, a minor check-in misunderstanding caused a delay, and on the second day, a pool party prevented us from enjoying the pool. The comfort of beds and sofas was subpar, impacting our sleep and relaxation.
Moreover, the hotel's neighborhood, while not unsafe, had a visually neglected appearance with graffiti tags, which might not appeal to all guests.
In conclusion, while the hotel's charm and positive aspects were enjoyable, the lack of room cleaning was disappointing. We recommend this hotel to those seeking a unique stay in Turin but hope the management addresses the housekeeping issue to improve guest experiences.
