Het is een Hotel op een toplocatie. Precies in het centrum en op 1 minuut loopafstand van het treinstation. Parkeren moet je geluk hebben dat je wat in de buurt vind ( de blauwe lijnen). Het Hotel ia gedateerd, maar schoon en netjes. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en zijn erg behulpzaam. Van de receptie tot het restaurant iedereen is zeer servicegericht.

Great staff which makes this hotel a great place
Amazing place to stay at, outstanding service, very helpful and caring staff, Sylvia helped us a lot as my son got sick and she kept asking about him all the time. The pool was excellent and the prices are very reasonable whether it's drinks or snacks. A very good experience overall will definitely comeback.

The service was excellent. The motel setting on the plaza was beautiful, looking out our window to see the plaza below was a bonus. The motel decor was top notch and the breakfast buffet was very good. The young man that worked the front desk was there every morning and evening and was very helpful with advice and ideas for exploring the city and the Tuscan countryside. It felt like I had a personal consierge. I highly recommend the hotel plaza l&m.

Primo impatto deludente, arriviamo chiedendo dove sia il parcheggio è scopriamo che pur essendo tra i servizi elencati, in affetti non c'è. L'hotel ha uno sconto giornaliero sulle zone blu,ma non sulle vie principali. I.primi posti liberi sono a molte centinaia di.metri. ottimala posizione sulla piazza centrale e bella la hall che ricorda l'antica bellezza. Altro discorso per le camere, piccole,mobili rovinati, con moquette in terra e laniccio che sporge dagli stucchi del soffitto. Inadeguata la colazione per essere un 4 stelle

fantastic location, marble was everywhere. Beautiful view below from window- even looking at a merry go round! Cleanliness -good overall Room size- large room with big armmoire. Bed comfort- great Food- has non crispy bacon & scrambled eggs Safety - so beautiful & calm. & clean right outside the front door in the early mornings One key is very inconvenient for 2 roommates. No other option.Had fluffy soft towels. CONS- Told that safes don't work.,poor shower with tall shower head & small amount of mold. Has one poor coffee machine for our tour group. Held up time when time was limited.
