We found a cockroach inside our room and floor and and everything has stains and dirty smells terrible inside the room

Overall it was pretty good, the room was clean, and the front desk was very polite and welcoming. Although the booked room did not include breakfast, the front desk would prepare coffee, fruit and some cookies in the morning.
