"Everything is very good, the front desk is friendly, the facilities are complete, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The only problem is that the airport is right next to it, and the noise from the planes taking off and landing at night is too loud, and people with poor sleep quality may not be able to stand it"

"The room is quite large, with two large beds, very spacious, and fully equipped with refrigerator and microwave. There are public washing machines and dryers. It is very convenient to stay here when traveling on Highway 1. We stayed here for three consecutive nights. I highly recommend it."

"The breakfast in this hotel is OK, with meat dishes, but the soundproofing is too poor. We lived downstairs, and the people upstairs were walking around the room all day long, so we couldn't sleep downstairs at all. They were still walking around very late at night and very early in the morning. We could hear them very clearly downstairs, so we couldn't sleep at all, and it was difficult to complain, so we didn't get a good rest."

"I have never considered Best Western when I was on a business trip before. This time I stayed here in Monterey. The location is very good, it is very convenient to nearby attractions, and it is very quiet at night. The front desk was very friendly and introduced the hotel facilities in detail. The room was very clean. The view from the window on the third floor was green, which was quite nice! Finally, parking is free, which is great!"

"The rooms are quite old, but the balcony is nice. The underground parking can be a bit tight, though there's plenty of surface parking available. The underground spots are closer to the elevator, which is convenient. Overall, it's pretty decent, and the location is quiet and secluded."

"Everything was good except the fact of someone pounding on my door at 1:00am then they took off! It was ridiculously unacceptable as they think it’s funny! Other then that, the view of the beach from our room was spectacular. Well worth the cost. Checking in/out was quick and easy."
