Great location. Good service. Comfortable rooms. And that I really like the good dishes in the room - Villeroy Bosch. I feel like I'm at home there. Excellent spa and pool. It is very convenient that you can leave the car inside and do not pay for Parking. There are many cafes around which is very convenient. Make appointments with friends and walk.

I had a booking for this hotel but i did not check in. It was so bad, the website said that this is a 5 star hotel property but it was nowhere close to being 5 stars. It should be 3 stars or maximum 4 stars. The place was shabbily maintained and should be off from your site listed as 5 stars. I will re consider using your site to book hotels now.

Ранее останавливалась в этом отеле и от той поездки остались самые лучшие впечатления. В этот раз заезжала вечером, по прилету, в номер Делюкс стоимостью 8500 в сутки на 5 ночей. Меня пытались заселить в номер, активно воняющий канализацией, и переселили со скандалом уже, только спустя почти час. В результате - номер холодный (для настройки кондиционера на тепло пришлось вызывать техника), на полу ни одного коврика, пол ледяной и никакие хлипкие одноразовые тапочки не спасают. Стулья вокруг стола пластиковые и сидеть на них очень неприятно - жестко и холодно! Неуютно вообще было находиться. Дешевая мебель, выкрашенная до половины снизу, кажется кисточкой от руки в непонятный розовый цвет, горничные восточной национальности, плохо говорящие по-русски ("уборка нада?"), подтекающая на пол вода из душа, да и сама душевая лейка - стояла криво и моим уговорам повернуться куда следует не поддавалась ни в какую. Одноразовые туалетные принадлежности упакованы в самом дешевом исполнении - просто полиэтиленовые пакетики - и точно не соответствуют имени этого довольно дорогого отеля. Единственный плюс - удобная кровать с белым постельным бельем. Спустилась погреться в хаммам - неплохо, но вода в бассейне - опять же ледяная. В целом - какое-то уныние и стойкое ощущение попытки удешевления услуг и - как следствие - снижение качества обслуживания.

Хорошее место прохождения командировки, все очень меня устроило, персонал очень квалифицированный, во всём помогают, подсказывают, отличная атмосфера в номерах, всё что нужно всё есть, желаю им всего хорошего за их гостеприимство.

Останавливалась в июле 23 года. На 3 этаже Номер 315 сдвоенный с 316 из-за этого слышно всё, что там происходит ( в том числе ночью) В остальном всё отлично. Внимательные, доброжелательные сотрудники ко всем просьбам относятся добросовестно. Хорошо готовят в ресторане, завтраки отличные ( у меня был шведский стол)
