Our 5 day stay at the Taj Mahal Tower was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we were picked up in the Jaguar till we were dropped off at the airport, everything was just perfect. The staff were amazing. In particular I would like to mention Ms. Shifabano Masalawala - Guest Relations who did a fantastic job of taking care of the special occasion we were celebrating. The service at the Wellness Centre and the Salon was thoroughly enjoyed by my partner. The service and the special celebration in the Gazebo by the pool was absolutely beautiful and memorable. The breakfast and room service at odd times was also of the highest quality. If I was rate our stay at the Taj Mahal Tower, I would give it a 10/10. We will definitely return and stay for longer next time. A huge Thank You to the Staff for truly the best 5 days we have spent in our travels.

Staying at The Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding – the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and catered to every need with a smile.
The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the decor to the amenities, was impeccable. Dining at their restaurants was a highlight – each meal was a culinary delight, especially at the Sea Lounge.
The location is prime, allowing easy access to key landmarks in South Mumbai. Whether for a leisurely stay or a business trip, The Taj Mahal Tower offers a five-star experience with a timeless charm. I look forward to returning

I had a great stay at Taj. The welcome was great and our hotel guide even gave the tour in dual language to accomodate non-english speaking guests. The check-in/check out was hassle free.

The service at the hotel is nothing short of amazing, very kind and courteous! Take care of every traveler! The location is right next to the famous attraction Bombay Gate! The hotel security is very strict. Security checks are implemented at the intersection. After checking the bottom of the car, your luggage must go through X-ray inspection before entering the lobby! The only drawback is that the room is not well soundproofed (Indians love to honk their horns when driving) and you can hear the horns outside!
