The hotel is very good location. Close to tourist roads and shopping areas, very easy to walk to. We booked a deluxe room. But the room is small. There is very little space left for walking.
The staff have good manners, good service, but the hotel is too small for leaving luggage before checking in. Or after checking out, there are no stairs. You have to carry your luggage up many flights of stairs. But we were happy to use the hotel that is next to the tourist attractions of Mumbai.

We had a booking of 4 people but hotel denied availability of same and said that you can cancel.

The property is old enough, even the demolition notification tags at the walls still they are running, also some sort of pungent smell remains there although the staff is good and polite but after all it's not a fair deal. For the same amount one can take a decent hotel in the neighborhood areas i think.

I am accustomed in staying atleast at 3 star properties and above, however since it was matter of the night i took the plunge because of the location of the hotel. The room was decent, split ac was new, bathroom was clean. Staff was courteous, in such a price bracket don't think one can get better than this. Though i won't recommend for family, however i did not observe any issue with the place.

Rooms are very neat but very small. Hotel is in very old building. No lift. You have to climb the stairs till the 2nd floor. All stairs have huge risers due to which you become tired by the time you reach 2nd floor. Hotel is not as per rooms shown.
