Une chambre en apparence très propre sauf un sac plastique retrouvé sous un lit.

I stayed at the Amber Econtel Hotel in Munich from July 25th to 28th, 2024. I found the hotel on the internet and booked it through Check24. However, something terrible happened to me. When I was having breakfast on July 27th between 8:15 and 9:30, 1000 euros were stolen from my hotel room. The money was in my handbag and the room was locked. I informed the hotel staff and filed a report with the police. Unfortunately, I could not find a responsible person in the hotel, the reception staff could not even speak German and I did not know what to do. There is no video surveillance on the second floor, where our room (206) was, so it was not possible to find out who was in our room. The hotel manager was reached by phone, but unfortunately he did not show the slightest interest in this terrible incident. The following day, until I left the hotel, I was ignored by all the hotel staff. I do not want the same thing to happen to future hotel guests and I want security measures in the hotel to be tightened.
