The room is spacious, but the amenities are minimal. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room, but it is clean and I think it is worth the price.
The staff is friendly.
The location is about 500m walk from Munich East Station. It is a large station and there are supermarkets and drugstores that are open until late, but the area around the station is a bit dark, so be careful on the streets at night.

We had a large group and the staff was very helpful with our questions and requests. There were many dinner options within a 10-15 minute walk in a neighborhood that was very safe and clean.

10/10 was such a great hotel and yummy breakfast! Bit of a walk to old town but with it also easily accessible trains right by the hotel! I would for sure stay here again!

Nice, clean but small room. Wish they had a fridge to and provide bottled water, as well as had a nespresso machine in the room. Skip breakfast as it’s mostly pastries, bread and lunch meats/cheese.

Jeg er veldig glad i Motel One. Man vet hva man får, hotellrommene er stort sett helt like uansett hvor man er. Disse hotellene har virkelig forstått hvordan de skal holde kostnadene nede, uten at det går på bekostning av komfort.
Deilig seng og dusj.
Det eneste jeg savner på disse hotellene er mulighet til å lage kaffe på rommet. Jeg spiser aldri frokost, men jeg er veldig glad i kaffe på senga.
Løsningen ble å ta på litt klær og deretter gå ned i resepsjonen for å kjøpe en kaffe der. Kaffen var også veldig god.
Ellers vil jeg si at betjeningen var veldig hyggelig!

Preisleistungsverhältnis war okay. Frühstück lecker für den Preis. Park Garage vorhanden. Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber & modern. Personal war freundlich. Aus anderen, günstigeren Hotels kenne ich Wasserkocher & Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer aber ist okay ohne. Flauschige Handtücher, ruhig & nicht hellhörig & vor allem ganz dunkel im Zimmer
