From the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel.
Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. Take the elevator on your right to the ground. Walk to the right and you can see the hotel on your left.
Plan B : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take tram 21 and get off at the stop(see pictures below). Walk to the church and you can see the hotel.
The reception of the hotel and the building with rooms are different. Be careful.
The hotel is not in the central of the city, but you could hear the church bells ringing.
There's no washing machines or washing room. You can ask the reception to bring your clothes to a laundry shop nearby.

Excellent simple room with a balcony and kitchenette, very close to metro (U-Bahn) and walking distance to S-Bahn. The nice Ostpark is nearby for a walk by the lake. Shops and supermarkets in the quiet and safe neighbourhood. I like that they clean only every other day. I’ve stayed multiple times already. My only not so positive comment is that the wifi quality could be improved.

The location is pretty good. I booked a newly renovated room and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances. But the toilet seat in the bathroom is a little smaller for some reason? The room was heated but was covered by curtains so it was a bit cold.

Americans, BEWARE! Awful place! Our pillows/pillowcases smelled, not cleaned from past guests. Stains all over carpet, felt very dirty, super thin towels, and noisy. Sketchy part of town. We complained but husband/wife act like they don't understand English. We prepaid unfortunately, left after 1 night, hoped they'd give us 2nd paid night back, but they wouldn't, so we were out $139. No breakfast included either. Rated: 0 stars! What a waste! We moved to Scandia down street. 100% better. Don't waste your money here. Feels like 1950s. Not updated at all

Stayed here during Scotland's time in Munich at Euro 2024. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Location is good with the underground nearby and also shops and cafes adjacent. I would certainly return if back in Munich.

VERY EXPENSIVE old hotel (270 euros a night taking advantage of the month of Adele's concerts) It has nothing in the rooms, no shampoo or anything, just poor hand soap. ONLY one power outlet next to the bed, in a room for two if you want to charge both phones on the nightstand, you can't. If you want breakfast 15 euros per person, if you want to park 10 euros more, if you want a room with a balcony 10 euros more (but anyway better not since it overlooks a small square of a church where volunteers give meals and food to the homeless and those in need, (which seems great to me but we didn't like being there on holiday happy and eating on the terrace in front of them who unfortunately have little or nothing...) extra even if the room costs as much as a RITZ. At the reception the staff is not very polite and doesn't explain anything (they didn't even give us the password for the Wi-Fi). Value of the hotel 70 euros a night maximum, real price of the hotel 270 euros a night

Hotel a little far from the center, but it allows you to be more relaxed. It may not attract much attention from the outside, but the rooms and services are 10/10. Large rooms, comfortable and warm. Very good lunch and very attentive staff.
