Avevo già soggiornato qualche anno fa e riconfermo che per posizione, un 100mt da karlsplatz ( inizio isola pedonale) e stazione, e per il prezzo a Monaco va nella categoria top. Le camere sono spaziose, come il bagno e ben arredate. tutto nuovo. Non offre colazione ma l’offerta intorno è enorme e unico neo non ha parcheggio anche in questo caso nei pressi se ne trovano almeno tre di cui uno sulla stessa via poco prima a destra. Prezzo sui 30 euro al giorno.

A great hotel in terms of location. Easy access to multiple public transportations and food. I recommend staying if you want to look around Munich without a personal vehicle.

This is a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance to the train station, old town, and many shops and cafes. The employees are professional and friendly. The rooms are average in size with modern furnishings. The only problem we had was the cooling system was not as cool as we liked and the area at night was a bit noisy and questionable. Otherwise a very nice stay and would return.

La stanza era ampia e nuova con arredo moderno, aveva macchina per caffè con capsule e bollitore con bustine del the e anche il frigo. Il bagno era nuovo con doccia grande, finestra un bel phon e persino le ciabatte di cortesia. Posizione abbastanza comoda al centro. La zona è piena di hotel e vicino ad un supermercato però non è una zona bellissima a mio parere. La stanza era ben insonorizzata, aveva due finestre e il rumore della strada non si sentiva però si sentivano i bassi della musica del bar sotto l'hotel che di notte chiudeva presto ma al mattino alle 5 era già aperto. Per colpa della musica non abbiano dormito molto. Consiglio di chiedere stanze ai piani alti. Noi avevamo questo problema perché eravamo al primo piano. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Good hotel, staff were great and rooms were very clean and tidy. Rooms are a bit small and strange layout with shower and toilet more or less in the room so not very private if stopping with friends - however overall good value for the money
