First day they given me a room where almirah gate handle broken, side table, table, dressing table drors very tight and handle broken. Bad service, then after long fight they have given me other room which was much smaller and in that room toilet seat was broken )

Bath shower was not properly cleaned, contained a lot of stains and dirt. Parking facility is not adequate, waited almost one hour to get the car out of parking lot. Didn't like the behaviour of security staff.

Property location is at the city center, food at the buffet is fair, however, the food we ordered in the evening are well prepared and tastes good. The hotel is factored as 4 star but it is not. The stay is comfortable and it can be classified as 2 or 3 star. Tv issue which we reported on the day one was not attended even on the 3rd day when we vacate. Reception service and room service are poor.
