Wir waren zum Krimidinner dort. Hatten relativ hohe Erwartungen . 1. Der Saal war nicht sehr Ansprechend . 2. Der Service war schlecht. Getränke vergessen, falsch gebracht. Ein Baccardi Cola bestellt - Cuba Libre bekommen. Als wir es gemerkt haben , hiess es Baccardi haben sie nicht. Hä???? Sonst keine Reaktion, allgemein keine Entschuldigung . Liebes Servicepersonal vom Schloss Reinach, seid ihr sicher das ihr den richtigen Beruf habt?! Trinkgeld gab's keines. 3. Das Essen war durchnittlich. Haben definitiv mehr erwartet. Preis für Krimi dinner pro Person : 99 Euro + Getränke 115 ( 5 Pers.) Der Krimi war ok, aber zu wenig Hinweise. Keine Weiterempfehlung

Wir waren zum Krimi Diener in schloss Reinach in Munzingen Es sah beim Betreten des festlich geschmückten Saals nach einem schönen Abend aus. Leider war dieses Ambiente das Einzige, das man positiv erwähnen kann. Es war Eisekalt in dem großen Raum, und nach der bitte um die Heizung einschalten keine Reaktion und um die bitte nach einer Decke bekommen ich die Antwort ich solle doch mein Jacke anziehen. Darauf hin wurden wir mit Ignoranz der Bedingungen bestraft. Bei jeder Bestellung mehr mals rufen um die bitte nach Getränke. Beim bezahlen uns mal richtig lange warten lassen mal die anderen Gäste bevorzugt. Ein positives habe ich doch ein junger Kellner hatte mir dann doch eine Decke gebracht und öfters nachgefragt ob es mir nun warm sei. Da noch mal ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür. Essen war genießbar, aber ziemlich zerkocht, Bei der Nachfrage nach ein wenig mehr Soße kam zwar welche für den ganzen Saal. die Getränkepreise ausverschämt. Auch der Krimi haute einem nicht vom hocker. Fazit: Schade um die Zeit, schade um den saftigen Ticketpreis! Nie wieder!

Excellent petit déjeuner, comme souvent en Allemagne.
Par contre, chambre qui donnait sur la route asssez fréquentée et très proche...
Et tarifs du restaurant prohibitifs, même pour l'Allemagne.
