Hotels near Baioji Temple in Nagano

This year, １ month ２ day (３ time), the new year's accommodation (Japanese style room) is used. Every time I repeated it, I thought it was an attractive inn, and I used it this year. I thought it was the same as before until I checked in and entered the room. When I received a drink menu from the serving staff at dinner, I started explaining the item when I couldn't decide the drink. The serving staff can't read the air ... I can't decide on a drink, and if you're worried, you can propose a recommended drink. There is a scene where itamae brings nigiri sushi wherever he eats, but his expression is not here in his heart. It seemed that he was working as a silent 々 in office. Normally, at the end of the meal, the landlady of the inn came to greet me, but she came to the next room and did not come to my room. There was no hospitality at all at the time of meal, which made me feel sorry. I couldn't have fun. I really like the food and bath. I don't like the attitude of the staff who handle it. It may be a difficult feeling in Corona. At least, if you are involved in the inn business, you want the business (hospitality) to be firm. Because of the lack of hospitality, I felt unbalanced between the amount paid at the time of accounting and the balance. I won't go to Yudanaka for a while.

On such a hot day, there is no air-conditioning on the 4th floor. I vaguely feel that there is discrimination in the room booked through Ctrip. The next day we negotiated to change to the 6th floor.

Our first visit to the area of Shibu Onsen we stayed at Yumoto Ryokan. The General Manager was amazing. She was friendly generous and attentive to all needs. This Ryokan is 400 years old and offers a traditional experience. On arrival we were greeted by the General manager wearing a kimono. We were a bit early but she allowed us to check in. Best to arrive on time however. A gentleman took our bags and we proceeded to our room. We were told through laughter that their English was not very good. They are light hearted about it and welcomed our use of Google Assistant’s translate mode. We were guided through a series of common questions as we sat under a warming table. Tea was provided to warm us from our travels. Gifts are a common thing in the culture. We were gifted a kabuki figurine. The hotel provides yukata, traditional robes to go to the onsen, natural hot bath. Our western ideals were put to the test as we donned robes with nothing beneath. Onsen is taken completely naked in gender specific bathing areas. Yumoto offers gender specific onsens as well as an onsen for reservation. The reserved onsen is outdoors and can be for mixed gender. Ryokan also provide breakfast and Dinner for a bit extra. We can be a bit picky with our palettes so opted to dine in the town. The area does have some great restaurant options. We were directed to try a traditional Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately we went with our own plan and found a Soba Noodle place, Tamagawa. The meal was fine but they are barely tolerant of foreigners. We appreciated the photographs of manners in the menu. Lesson learned, follow the advice of the Ryoken or eat in house. The next morning we endeavored to check out the snow monkeys before our train back to Tokyo. Our general manager and her assistant provided us instructions to catch the bus and let us leave our luggage. We had grabbed a snow money pass in Nagano which made the bus and park easy to access. The travel to the Snow Monkey Park was very easy. It had just snowed the night before and our footing would have been better with boots. We could have rented at the park but chose to chance it. The General manager of Yumoto Ryoken went above and beyond for us on our return from the park. We aimed to call a taxi but there were none to be found. The General manager without hesitation said she would take us. She disappeared and returned in a large passenger van. We piled in and were quickly shuttled to the station. We offered to pay and we’re firmly told no. Hugs were offered from the staff for our farewell. We highly recommend this place for it’s location and the amazing staff. The local bus also goes to the slopes. A trip to ski and see the Snow Monkeys and later soak in a hot spring tub is a wonderful vacation.

We are very impressed with the hotel service.The hotel makes travel convenient and smooth.There are pick-up and drop-off fromYudanaka Station to the hotel and drop-off at Monkey onsen.The hotel is in the good location,in the heart of Shibu Onsen, beutiful view of the mountian and river in front.The beer, white and red wine in the refrigerator in the room are free.The onsen is not very big but clean.Dinner and breakfast are fresh and delicious. Shibu Hotel is a very good hotel,worth staying.

And the woman who serves, the smell of fluffy perfume... I'm surprised that I can't believe it. I went because I wrote that the morning city was doing it on the elevator (this is also a word). I was surprised because Nagano Prefecture had delicious rice, good spring quality, and I was never disappointed at this price inn. I don't think about taking money because it is GOTO, and if you take such a fee, you should respond to it or if you can't, you should lower the price.

　I went there at the beginning of July. It was heavy rain on the day I stayed. The road from the national highway to the inn is partially paved, but it is rattling and narrow. The view is satisfactory in the room on the sky blowing side. There was white smoke. There seem to be multiple baths in the large inns nearby, but this is a men and women change system, each １. The washroom in the indoor bath is windy and a little cold so as not to be sulfur addiction. The bathroom with an open-air bath ２ is hot and warm. The color is milky white and slowly soaked. It is until 9:30 in the morning, but there is a photo permission time until check-out. Meals are buffet in the morning and evening. The roast beef for dinner was excellent. A hot spring inn located across the bridge over Onsenji in Shibu Onsen. Although the building itself is old, it is well-maintained. The proprietress who greeted us (she looks like Mitsuko Kusafue!!) was very friendly, and gave us recommendations for hot springs around the area and Yudanaka Station, and then we checked into our room. The room has an indoor bath/toilet and is very spacious with a feeling of openness. The bath is quite hot and you can't take it for a long time, but once you get in it, you'll get rid of your fatigue at once. The time for the private open-air bath is specified at check-in, but you can enjoy it at a slightly warmer temperature. And the long-awaited dinner! It was prepared in a private banquet hall, and following the appetizers, sashimi, salad, etc. that had been set earlier, Shingen rolls, gratin, beef shabu, etc. were served and ordered together. It went well with the wine. If I had to say, I would have liked the wine to be dry. However, the food was as good as the reputation, and I enjoyed it with the most delicious dishes using elaborate local products. The soba at the end of the meal was handmade by the owner, and it was another big hit after a long time! This was also elaborate and the rice was cooked to the desired hardness. As previously mentioned, the food and baths are very good, and I will stay again when I come to Shibu Onsen!! Amagawa-so,located across bridge from the Onsen-ji in Shibu-Onsen, to enjoy the food and baths mentioned in prior reviews. Building is well-maintained despite its age, and the nostalgia of visiting a relative or grandparent's house in the countryside is palpable. The room was very spacious and open with an indoor bath and toilet. The bath is quite hot and you can't stay in it for a long time , but it will take away my fatigue at once.The private Roten-Buro can be reserved at the time of check-in, but this one is slightly warmer and can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner.And the long-awaited dinner! the appetizers/sashimi/salad, etc. that had been prepared earlier, Shingen-maki, Gratin, Gyu-shabu, etc. were served, and they went well with the wine we had ordered together. have preferred a drier wine.... However, the food was as good as the reputation of the restaurant, and we enjoyed the most delicious dishes using elaborate local products. It was both chewy and fragrant! The next day's breakfast consisted of grilled salmon, hot eggs, potato salad, tofu, etc. The rice was cooked just the way I like it, and the consistency was just right. The food and bath were as good as the previous reviews, and we will stay there again when we come to Shibu Onsen!

A really unique and affordable place, with a genuinely wonderful host. I found this by chance and we were all so amazed by our stay. The place is older and homely, but the rooms and facilities are all fine. We started our stay by taking up the owner, Miyasaka San, offer of dinner, and it was a very generous and wide ranging meal (sashimi, tempura etc), of around 9 dishes set out for each of us. Then Miyasaka San gave us a history lesson on Kyudo (Japanese archery). A few days later we were lucky enough to have a lesson with him, and he also performed the Kyudo ceremony which was an amazing experience. He also kindly drove us up to the entrance of the monkey park walk. We were here in May, late spring and still saw some blossoms of the vast apple tree farms around. The area is a quiet charming chain of smaller ‘towns’ and the real treat here are the 9 public onsens you can visit. Read up on them. This would be a great place to visit in winter for skiing, to get away from the real overrun popular places. You get to Yamanochi-Machi by taking a train to Nagano, and then switch to a local train to Yudanaka which is at the end of the line. This is genuinely a rural place, and staying at this ryokan will only add to the experience. We hope to return one day, with our archery homework done :)

Staying on skiing. A hotel that is a chitin as an accommodation facility in Shiga Kogen. When you enter the building, the lobby is large and it has a luxury feeling as a ski resort hotel. The room is large but normal. If the room does not have a refrigerator and is refrigerated, you need to put it at the front desk or in the middle of the double window. There is no inconvenience if you just stay. The bath has an atmosphere and the jade-colored hot springs create a hot spring-like atmosphere, but even if it is a day, there is no change in the morning and evening, and despite the good weather, I couldn't go out to the open-air bath from the women's bath. However, the door to the open-air bath is not well built and I am not afraid. I was quite disappointed with that. The dining has the atmosphere of the Taisho era and the interior is nice. I was a little disappointed because it tastes good but doesn't make anything special. I think breakfast was better than dinner.
