The room is large and the shower water pressure is a bit weak, but overall it's good!
You can get toothbrushes, tea bags, cream, etc. in the underground lobby, which is convenient.

Clean, large rooms, perfectly located near Nagano Station. Very well equipped including a massage chair. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location,close to 5 minute walk to Nagano station, lots of places to eat and shop. The room was clean and the stuffs members were polite.

The room is relatively large for Japan and the service attitude is also very good. It takes about six or seven minutes to walk to the train station. Quite convenient. Still highly recommended.
