A Very well located hotel and great value for money. A stone's throw away from the commercial district of Sakae, Mirai Tower, Department stores, coffee shops, convenience stores. Very clean. Compact toilet and room, but to be expected. Service at the front desk was good. They were courteous and helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived very early in the morning. Highly recommend for a short weekend stay in Nagoya. No hotspring facilities.

The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

Very good, very satisfied. It is only one subway stop away from Nagoya Station (only three bus stops in front of the door). Very new, clean, and exactly the same style as his hotel chain in Tokyo. This store also has a public hot spring bath with excellent facilities. The bus I took arrived in Nagoya at 11 o'clock. I informed the front desk 5 hours in advance. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 and checked in smoothly. The service attitude of the front desk guy was very good and I highly recommend it.

Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

I stayed at this hotel for business trip during one day. I was so tired because of my work, but I can relieve my stress as this hotel provide me with comfort bed room with morning call, a little bit of small but cozy public bath and great breakfast. This hotel is located to a little far from nagoya station, but you can access here easily.

Located in a place that takes less than ５ minutes from Nagoya Station. The location is also easy to understand. The room was large, comfortable and clean and satisfactory. The room space is a typical business. The bed was very comfortable. The water was beautiful, the bath towels were fluffy, and it was good to not smell strange. It may have happened, but it was good that I couldn't hear the sound from the surroundings. I was a little worried that the location of the hotel, the structure of the room, and even if there was a window, the outside could only see the ridge of the next building and there was a feeling of pressure. I thought I could endure it if I stayed for a short time. Breakfast is a donut, donut, coffee, etc. with Mr. Donut. I thought I would be fine without breakfast because there are many convenience stores and shops around. The inn was reasonable and helpful. I wanted to stay if I had another chance because the overall point is high.

Location is a about 5-7 minutes walk from Nagoya station with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is so inconsistent - one second they’re polite and the next they’re rude and inconsiderate. I was charged 2000 upon checkout for “extra fee” but wasn’t even told what it was for. Was in a rush to catch my flight so whatever I just paid - but just be careful when staying at low budget inns like this. Laundromat in the hotel only accepts 100yen coins but they don’t even have a coin changing machine so you have to go out and buy something to get enough coins. Wont stay here again.

[Impression] Overview In Nagoya, it is only a newly built luxury hotel for the first time in almost a quarter of a century, and the overall facilities are wonderful. Because I am a common person, I don't stay at luxury hotels in various places, so I don't know the evaluation of the obese person, but there was no scene that felt cheap during my stay. It is convinced even 50000 ～ per night. As a luxury hotel handled by a wedding vendor In particular, I honestly didn't expect this hotel because it was the first luxury hotel handled by a local wedding vendor called ”Love Group”. I think it is the perfection that betrays it. Since it is a member of Marriott, I think it is a hotel that was built after consulting firmly based on domestic and foreign trends. I think it is a Nagoya Castle or a tourist hotel in terms of history and formality, but it is not the best hotel in Nagoya in terms of luxury and high sensitivity. Also, because it is a hotel of a wedding company, wedding banquet facilities tend to be the main. However, I liked the fact that the hotel here was completely separated from the entrance of 1F from the guests, the wedding facilities and the conductor. It is difficult to see the drunken guests in the hotel lobby after the reception, and the guests may be able to stay quiet and calm. The design of the guest rooms is not glaring, which is often found in hotels with wedding halls, and is a calm and luxurious interior. It was a city side room on the east side, but on the contrary, there was no skyscraper, so I was able to get up comfortably by taking a lot of Asahi. The park side on the Hisaya Odori side where you can see the TV tower seems to be higher in the room fee, but personally the city side is recommended. Fitness You can exercise comfortably while looking at Hisaya Odori, and there are fruits and drinks in the rest area, so you can take them freely. Wear and shoes are also lent for free, so you can easily visit during the gap time. The large communal bath and sauna are equipped with bottles of shampoos of the same brand as the guest rooms. CChoi TYThe hotel is located in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Nagoya JR station and local sub-way station. The bus terminal which runs to the nearby cities and towns is also in the same area.
The hotel reception is located on the 15 floor. It is quite easy to find as there are directional signs to guide visitors arriving at the train station /sub-way.
The room itself is typical Japanese size, not too large but comfortable enough.
Breakfast is Ok but not a lot of varieties, mainly Japanese and Western style.
There are many restaurants located on the 12 and 13 floors, at the same building and the nearby station building.

AAnonymous UserI personally appreciate the location, it was easier than any other options we had around Nagoya since we’re traveling with a young child. Smoking in all rooms is prohibited as well. I noticed it’s harder to look for this feature in hotels in Nagoya. I have my son in tow and this is an absolute NO for us. The room was really small. We can hardly walk around the room. It was extremely challenging to takeout and pack our things because we didn’t have any space to fully open our luggages. Though as mother, I’m glad their walls are thicker than most hotels in Japan. We’re not troubled with the noise from the next rooms. It gives me peace of mind too that we’re not disturbing other guests in case. The breakfast was enjoyable at Yoshinoya. The branch is a heart beat away. It’s way better than my experience at another hotel nearby. We enjoyed the many pillows they offer. In terms of cleanliness, this could be well improved. For Japanese hotels I think the situation at this hotel is lower. I could see the dusts hanging by the wall and the bathroom door. It’s not helping that I’m one of those people who observes these things. I appreciate that they allowed us to deposit our luggage when we left for another city and got it when we checked back in. Saved us so much trouble. I will still stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserHotel is right in front of Legoland. You can check in to the Hotel before entering the park. Highly recommend buying the tickets on the official website- international credit card accepted.
Legoland is my favorite theme park because there isn't a queue or a crowd. That means you can totally enjoy the park and literally go on your favorite rides many times!
The staff at the park is super friendly and they make the rides, arcade games and shopping memorable. Apple fries is a must have! Breaded apple slices with cinnamon dipped in whipped cream is such a treat on a winter day.
Although the parks opening hours are 10am to 5pm, it's more than enough time to enjoy the park and even sit down for a meal or snack.
Lego Hotel is amazing with big rooms and theme amenities. There is a children makers park near by with glass, pottery and even an animal zoo for children to enjoy. Of course, there are many eateries- Korean, Kyoto beef Katsu, Ramen, ********* Bubble tea and shops. There is a beautiful night fountain with lights, song and movement to enjoy.
Highly recommend making the trip to Nagoya Legoland and staying at Legoland Hotel.

GGuest UserI don't know what the standards are for business hotels these days, but the facilities were well-equipped.
There was an amenity corner and a coffee server at the entrance on the first floor, as well as a microwave.
There was a coin laundry, ice maker, and vending machines on the second floor. If you want to reduce the amount of luggage you carry, you can use the coin laundry.
The room had the atmosphere of a typical business hotel, but I was surprised that the toilet in the unit bath had a washlet.
In addition to shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, there was also a liquid for washing your hands and face.
I only stayed one night this time, but I think it would be fine even if you were staying multiple nights. It seems they also offer room service for that.

JJoohuiIt is located on the second floor and there is only 1 escalator going up. If you need the escalator to reverse direction (for going down), just inform the hotel staff and they will do it for you. We had twin beds which comfortably fit my husband and I + our 2 year old toddler. The room was small (expected of Japan cities) but fully equipped with fridge, kettle, small sofa etc etc. Bathroom was also a decent size - no banging of elbows while showering. There's also microwave on other floors and a laundromat (but we didn't check these out) Tere's a family mart at the next block and a 7-11 at the same block. Fushimi station is probably like 5 to 10 mins walk away. We had a very pleasant stay!

JJia YenLocation is near to a subway station and near to the shopping and dining area. This is a few subway stations away from Nagoya JR main train station. Neat, friendly staff, good amenities with free flow drink and coffee bars. Good spread of breakfast and very value for money. night view outside the window.

LLYvonneLocation around 10-15 minutes walk from the Nagoya station. The room is quite small and a bit cramped, but it's good that they provide free breakfast from 6.30am to 9.30am. Breakfast selection is not a lot and are the same for the 2 days I have stayed.
