Located in a place that takes less than ５ minutes from Nagoya Station. The location is also easy to understand. The room was large, comfortable and clean and satisfactory. The room space is a typical business. The bed was very comfortable. The water was beautiful, the bath towels were fluffy, and it was good to not smell strange. Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

We spended a night in a triple room, which was clean and queit, on the 12th floor. This was our second time staying here so we're pretty much getting around easily. The staff was helpful and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in time. The amenities were all you need plus iron and board stored in the hallway's wall. Breakfast starts at 7am and has variety of food. Recommend staying!!

A Very well located hotel and great value for money. A stone's throw away from the commercial district of Sakae, Mirai Tower, Department stores, coffee shops, convenience stores. Very clean. Compact toilet and room, but to be expected. Service at the front desk was good. They were courteous and helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived very early in the morning. Highly recommend for a short weekend stay in Nagoya. No hotspring facilities.

I stayed with my 13-year-old daughter. I see a hotel with free sleeping under 12 years old at 々, but it was very helpful because it was not free to sleep under 18 years old, and the room rate of the former 々 was also cheap. The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

Great hotel to stay in Sakae, Nagoya. Newly renovated, very convenient location-- near restaurants (Furaibo chicken is almost right next to it), convenience stores, shopping areas, transportation, aiport express bus terminal. All are accessible within a 10-15 minute leisurely walk! The luggage storage service is highly appreciated, too!
