The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

The room was just nice for one person. It was very clean and quiet, which were my top priorities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities wise, I enjoyed the onsen. It was also closed to a variety of food options. I liked the restaurant across the small street from the hotel for the Misokatsu, a must try in Nagoya, as the sauce was rich and tastier. The subway entrance is also right around the corner.

Until the end of the year and the beginning of the year 12/31〜1/3, I arrived earlier than the check-in time on the day, but I was able to check in about 30 minutes early because the room was ready. It was not heating anymore, and I wanted to put the place of the air cleaner on the window side, but there was no outlet and only near the pillow. Check out is smooth with a dedicated machine. Breakfast is never a lot of items, but you can wear gloves and enjoy it in the form of a Viking. The location is from subway No.7, but if you have a suitcase, you can go up to the ground using the escalator of Nikko Fushimi building from exit 4. However, you need to cross the crosswalk. Also, when you walk 5 minutes to the left side of the hotel, there is a supermarket operated by Don Quixote on the １ floor of the terrace barn bridge, and there are many celery, bread, daily miscellaneous goods, and Matsukiyo in the food court. Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

I stayed at this hotel for business trip during one day. I was so tired because of my work, but I can relieve my stress as this hotel provide me with comfort bed room with morning call, a little bit of small but cozy public bath and great breakfast. This hotel is located to a little far from nagoya station, but you can access here easily.

Great value for the price. Booked for family of 2 adults and 2 kids and Includes breakfast buffet at a cafe like restaurant called Ally’s. Room is rather big for a business hotel and very sheltered all the way to the station - just go down B1 from the office building beside Lawson. Clean and relatively new. Would recommend and go again!

Lovely hotel, very conveniently located walking distance from Nagoya station. Lots of great restaurants around too. Room is a reasonable enough size for Japan, with good amenities.

Location is a about 5-7 minutes walk from Nagoya station with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is so inconsistent - one second they’re polite and the next they’re rude and inconsiderate. I was charged 2000 upon checkout for “extra fee” but wasn’t even told what it was for. Was in a rush to catch my flight so whatever I just paid - but just be careful when staying at low budget inns like this. Laundromat in the hotel only accepts 100yen coins but they don’t even have a coin changing machine so you have to go out and buy something to get enough coins. Wont stay here again.

I stayed there with my mom, and we liked the location as it was super close to the station. However, we would like to leave some comments for other guests. We booked the Superior Twin Room - High Floor - Non-Smoking, which was located on the 21st floor. I thought the room would be big, as the photos on the website suggested, but it was not. We hardly placed our big suitcase and packed our luggage. The room and the bed were so tiny that it only fit one person. I think this hotel is designed more for business purposes than for tourism. Also, we ordered the hotel breakfast and thought it would be served inside the hotel, but it turned out that the hotel gave us redemption tickets and asked us to have breakfast at the restaurant located on the ground floor, right next to the front desk and the restaurant. The food was not bad, and they provided two options, such as Japanese and Western breakfasts. We only had breakfast there for two days; for the other days, we ate outside near the hotel, where there were more options, and the price and quality were even better. Regarding check-out time, we were asked to leave the room by 10 a.m., which was too early for us. If you want to check out later, you need to pay 1,000 yen per hour. That means if you want to check out at 12 p.m., you need to pay 2,000 yen. I think the early check-out time is very inconvenient for guests, especially when breakfast at the restaurant is available until 11 a.m. It seems quite unreasonable.
