Glee Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and cannot recommend it.Even if it was a soft opening, the operation is terrible. First, I checked in and went to my room, but the light wouldn't turn on even after inserting the card key. The porter said he would exchange the card key and return immediately, but he didn't come even after waiting 30 minutes. I called the reception and they finally brought it. I tried to take a bath at night, but there was no hot water. I called and waited, but there was no response. I had to go to the reception and say it again. Finally, a staff member came and said that someone had switched off the pump. After the bath, I called to ask for extra water and ice, but they never brought it again. I called twice and they finally brought it. What's worse, they brought a slip saying that a bottled water cost 700 shillings. I've stayed in many luxury hotels, but this was the first time I was charged for extra water, so I was very surprised. During my two-week stay in Nairobi, I stayed in eight hotels, but none of the other hotels charged for water. Security measures are also insufficient. They only check the visitors at the entrance, and anyone can come to the front of the room. In fact, persons in casual clothes who were clearly not a hotel employee knocked on the door twice. It was scary. In the other 7 hotels I stayed at this time, guests always needed a card key to get to the room. In addition, some hotels had security staff on each floor. This hotel should put more effort into security measures. One good thing was the service of the staff at the breakfast restaurant. I came to this hotel because I was attracted by the photos on the internet, but it was really the worst two days.

Beautiful excellent glee hotel Nairobi, I have travelled widely but glee exceeded my expectations on our anniversary, from the reception, staff, food, gym, skywalk, heated swimming pool and room service was super, we enjoyed our anniversary at the hotel

All services where all satisfactory provided else I would have complained. From the hotel entrance security reception through to the room, restaurant, food, gyms, meeting and toilets rooms all the services were excellent, to my text and experience

I had ordered for a forest berry and instead was served something completely different something with mango Didn't like the drink at all ended up having a stomach upset and what's worse is they even included a forest berry to cover up what they brought which was the wrong order in the reciept while it wasn't what they served.

The hotel is nice but too many issues with the way they treat the guests. They are so sensitive and profile you. Taking photos was a whole issue yet I had dined at their glow restaurant yet they were asking a whole bunch of questions. To be honest it was not a nice treatment and it was not a welcoming feeling. If I come to your premise treat me well unless I show you cause not to. Anyway I appreciate my servers Floice and George they were the only nice part of my day.

A five start experience,my partner stayed in the executive suite and it was nothing short of amazing. I’d heavily recommend it if you are looking for a fancy place for staycation. This will be right up your alley. Customer service is top notch and you will find the experience comfortable and efficient. Don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet,they have very hearty meals. I did use the gym and I have no complaints whatsoever.
