Hotel River Reviews

So if you book through trip.com for 2a1c, it is the same price as 2a. But just because I didn't input the 1c during booking, the hotel insisted to charge me 10,000 extra every night even tbough no extra bed provided. Escalated to trip.com and while waiting for trip.com to get back, the hotel kept chasing us for payment. Horrible service. About the hotel, the bathtub was leaking. So if you bath the whole toilet floor becomes wet. Bed was squeaky. Basically this hotel is surrounded by other hotels which all have better reviews at a similar price so before you book, maybe do your research and check out the other hotels first.

Vest location

The neighborhood is nice, the windows face the river, it's beautiful. However, the sound insulation is relatively poor, and you can hear it even when entering and leaving the room.

There were no amenities and the counter information was not friendly. There is nothing special about the surrounding facilities.

Very unfriendly. I tried to change the wrong date, but they wouldn't do it and I couldn't cancel the payment. They wrongly marked the reservation date as the same day, so they told me to call trip.com to change it to the next day, but that was a lie. On Trip.com, we just put off each other saying we have to do it at the hotel.

The location was ok but the rest was worst In particular, it seems that the cleaning is not done properly, the facilities are in really poor condition, and it is rated as the worst value for money.

It was nice because it was clean and the owner and the insider were kind. The location is suitable and there are many tourist attractions around, so it is a very good place to stay when traveling.

There are no shops nearby, so you have to buy food in advance.

Neat and reasonable. But the fan noise was a bit noisy.

The location is good. The facilities seem to need renovation. I think it would be better without breakfast. It's not like it's a restaurant, and it's not good in a dark lobby... .
