So if you book through trip.com for 2a1c, it is the same price as 2a. But just because I didn't input the 1c during booking, the hotel insisted to charge me 10,000 extra every night even tbough no extra bed provided. Escalated to trip.com and while waiting for trip.com to get back, the hotel kept chasing us for payment. Horrible service. About the hotel, the bathtub was leaking. So if you bath the whole toilet floor becomes wet. Bed was squeaky. Basically this hotel is surrounded by other hotels which all have better reviews at a similar price so before you book, maybe do your research and check out the other hotels first.

Very unfriendly. I tried to change the wrong date, but they wouldn't do it and I couldn't cancel the payment. They wrongly marked the reservation date as the same day, so they told me to call trip.com to change it to the next day, but that was a lie. On Trip.com, we just put off each other saying we have to do it at the hotel.
