第一次來南昌遊玩，幾番挑選下最終決定選擇了這家位置便利、與贛江咫尺之遙的皇冠假日。
酒店的服務是與其品牌相稱的優質，早在抵店前便會與客人主動聯繫，員工小儀甚至貼心地準備了旅遊攻略，並幫忙升級了江景房，大大表揚！
服務這一塊沒得説，酒店員工會主動鋪夜床並提供晚安飲品，在滿足了所有常規需求的同時也算是增添了一份小驚喜。
美中不足的是入住當晚發現浴缸下水故障，不過在告知前台後也作出了及時處理。整體來説，個人體驗是與皇冠假日這一IHG品牌相符的。

這次入住體驗太棒了！原本訂的房型被免費升級，新房間視野超棒，窗外景色宜人，讓人心曠神怡。
酒店的餐飲也給了我很大驚喜，包含的晚餐和早餐品質都很高，食材新鮮，種類豐富，味道也相當不錯，性價比遠超預期。
更值得稱讚的是服務人員，從辦理入住到用餐過程，他們始終熱情周到，耐心解答問題，提供貼心幫助，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。尤其是潘妮小姐姐！下次出行，還會首選這家酒店！
