禮賓部服務真的很好，還沒入住就開始對接幫忙對接行程了。房間和健身房體驗也很好，一個人住很舒服，來奧體看演唱會也比較方便。

首先到了酒店大堂，沒有任何禮賓引導辦理入住，直到碰到了前台有一個男服務員，讓我去辦理入住，期間問他任何問題也是高高在上的樣子，完全沒有回答我。然後客房是在攜程訂的豪華大床房，兩點到了辦理入住，説要等一個小時可以給30層最高樓層的房間，但是實際上等了一個半小時，中間還是要靠自己不斷的去問房間有沒有打掃好，打掃好了也沒有電話通知我。然後拿房卡的時候還説電腦斷網了，無法辦理房卡。前台辦理入住的女生員工態度都不錯，和之前的那位男士形成了鮮明對比，想要延遲到2點退房，也幫備註了。詢問值班經理斷網了為什麼連應急預案都沒有，就讓所有人在這裏等着，然後前廳經理打了電話房間説開夜床要送我一份水果和一瓶紅酒，並且問了第二天吃早飯的時間，要幫我訂一個景色好一點的位置。結果看完演唱會回房間，夜床也沒有開，第二天早上10點去吃早餐，詢問門口引導的服務員，是否幫我預訂了位置，得到的回答是沒有，讓我繼續在門口排隊等候，瞬間對這家的好感全無，前廳經理做不到的事情就不要隨便和客人承諾好吧。
